The Governments hub for business support relating to Coronavirus including loans, tax relief and cash grants.
Template rent relief letter
The Government code states “that tenants who are able to pay their rent in full should continue to do so, whilst those businesses that cannot pay in full should communicate with their landlord and pay what they can. Landlords should also provide support to businesses if they too are able to do so.”
We have therefore created a template for you to download, insert your own details and send to your landlord if you are unable to pay in full.
