Digital Boost was launched this week – a free-to-use platform that matches digital experts for free with micro and SME businesses and charities experiencing difficulties during the current climate in need of specific digital support.
The request for help could be anything from bespoke support in how to use understand Google Analytics, creating a logo for a new service launching or developing online content. The support is delivered through matching the business with an expert for a boost call and/ or matching you with a workshop and /or signposting to online self-help resources.
The platform uses a proximity indicator when matching a business request and will prioritise matching business requests with the closest matching expert.
